This set contains probably the most popular type of applications in the world - web browsers. Most of them can do more than just displaying a webpage as they contain a lot of additional features and functions like download managers, media players, support for mouse gestures, bookmark managers, developer tools such as script analyzers and code inspectors, etc.

These programs can help you with what you're intending to do:

Internet Explorer 9.0 is the latest browser from Microsoft. This is a real improvement over the program we all knew only three or four years ago, although you probably will not notice many differences if you are upgrading from version 8. In fact, there is not a great deal of innovation, when compared to other browsers, exception made to small details of integration with Windows operating system.

Pros:
  • Every site works as it is expected.
  • Development tools.
  • Integration with Windows operating system.
Cons:
  • Makes you a target to hackers.
  • No real innovation.
