RTF files can be created by the most word processors available at the moment. The following programs, which are text processors, will be able to create or modify RTF documents. Other supported formats include TXT, DOC, DOCX or HTML.

RTF Editor Software is basic text editor that allows you to create, modify, print, search/replace, and format RTF files.
